Danielle, family for nanny sharing in Oak bay south for the 10 May 2021

We are searching for a family that would be interested in bringing their babe to my house for nanny sharing? We’re full-time, M-F, 8-4:30, starting May 25 (integration period for two weeks prior) but I would be happy to discuss part-time for you if that’s what you need. We’re in the Rockland area of town (between Fernwood and Oak Bay, if you’re not familiar). Depending on the final nanny and contract, for full-time, the cost would be approximately $950 each bi-weekly, and $85/three months for work safe.

Both my husband and I work from home, so we’d be around for emergencies. The entire of our first floor would be for the kids (big play room, kitchen). We have a small dog (Shih Tzu) who hangs around all day - he plays very gently with our baby, but usually sleeps most of the day in our office (weirdly, he doesn’t bark except in extreme situations, if barking is a concern). We’re pretty easy going and are interviewing for a nanny who will take LO outside and play games, craft, etc. Happy to answer any questions you might have. We also haven’t hired quite yet, so if we work something out soon I would welcome you to join the interview process.

I feel it’s important to let you know that we’re talking about babe #2, so we are likely to stop care at some point in 2022. Maybe you keep the nanny, maybe you’ve heard from a waitlist by then, maybe you’re in the same boat...
