My name is CJ and I would love to be your care provider!
I have been in, around and through the childcare industry for more than 10 years, in addition to raising my own busy family.
I operated a private day home for 6 years when my kiddos were small (2003-2009), and more recently I did 3 years at a registered day home as a second set of hands and eyes as well as take on drop in/short notice care requests.
All told I have been successfully responsible for hundreds of children from all different cultures and walks of life!
I am looking to take on a couple part time care children, and am available for drop in, short notice, after hour or one time care.
I am located in the north of the city near GH Dawe, and can do pick ups or drop offs to that school or St Patrick's.
I am NOT a registered day home, but I do have a contract for both part time and drop in care that I would require you to sign, as well as a sign in/out sheet.
I believe in learning through play, leading with love and experiencing the world hands on. *if planned activities are going to be messy I will let you know to pack extra clothes!
In addition to my childcare experience I also have a BSc (bachelor of science) from the UofC - which I shamelessly use to teach simple sciences to the munchkins in my care.

For short notice or after hours care, $10/hr will include meals (should care hours be at meal times), snacks (can accommodate most dietary restrictions), and experienced care, in a clean safe home ~ at the drop of a hat!
Part time care will include meals and/or snacks, daily outings (parks, library, swimming if age appropriate, playgroups) and if necessary pick ups or drop offs at school.
