Hello, my name is Esther. I am a happy motivated Early Childhood Educator. I have over three years of experience in childcare and have worked with ages 0-12. I supervised a schoolage site during summer and while attending college I had a part time job at a great daycare where I could put the things I learned into practise. My hobbies include jogging, writing, baking and painting. I choose the career of an Early Childhood Educator at a young age. To me working with children is more than just a job. It's a calling. A calling to plant seeds in the heart of little ones. Seeds of kindness, courage, individuality and love. There are countless of reasons why working with children is rewarding, but when doubt kicks in a simple smile or hug of a child reminds me that I am right where I want to be, surrounded by beautiful flowers so eager to grow. This quote is one I follow everyday: I will let them be little, fill there hearts with laughter, help them grow wings, nurture there sense of wonder, inspire them to believe and love them like there is no tomorrow.
