Hi there! My name is Theresa and I am a Child and Youth Worker College Graduate. I currently work at a Daycare in St. Thomas with the ages of 5 months to 6 years. Working in my childcare center, I've had the opportunity to use my CYW education as well as collaborate with other ECE staff to apply "How Does Learning Happen" in our daily routines.
I work in a 2:16 ratio, so I am able to spread myself evenly between multiple children. Additionally, I work for a "before and after school" program at multiple schools with the ages 5-14 and I love finding new ways to engage children and help them learn through play.
I have a current CPR-C/ First Aid, a recent police check and G license, as well I keep up on professional development through courses and seminars.
I have an outgoing personality, and I am able to adapt to any situation.
