I make sure laundry is done, as well as vaccuming, cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms and well as dishes being done. I make sure when you get home from work, you can just relax and not worry about the house. If cleanliness isn't as big of a priority, wages can defiantly be discussed. :) They are not set, its what I think is fair based on previous experience and work ethic.
