I am a mother of three boys, all well behaved, respectful teenagers now, and I am getting back into the workforce in the form of part-time to full-time childcare, in your home.

My childcare experience is extensive. I spent much of my youth looking after my two brothers and many younger cousins. I started my own family in my early twenties and ran a daycare from my home in Brampton for several years. I provided healthy, home cooked meals daily, lots of games and activities, reading and story time, etc. It continued, very successfully, until I moved to Centre Wellington in 2009. At that time, I concentrated on raising the boys and doing odd jobs for friends. Now we have moved to Guelph to be close to the kids' high school.

I am a quiet, calm, reasonable, responsible and patient person. I am creative, do crafts, love to read, cook, sing, write, and I have excellent written and verbal communication skills. I love to have fun and play games and I am happy to provide homework help if your child needs it.

I have experience with children with learning disabilities and ADHD and limited experience with Autistic children.

I had previously taken first aid and CPR but, as I haven't needed them in some years, I intend to be re-certified ASAP. I am also in the process of requesting my police and vulnerable sector checks for your peace of mind.
