Hi my name is Joanne. I have spent my life caring for others from siblings to my own children. I have also been in careers that help adults and children with life choices and day to day living with quality in their homes and I truly believe that love, empathy and understanding is what's needed to make change, in succesfully helping others.
I truly love children. I love to prepare and make meals for children and baking with children gives them a sense of accomplishment and pride while building a skill. Reading, and crafts are essential as well. It teaches cooperation and a growing sense of others and how impact the world around them. When discipline is fair and reasonable, the child learns a sense of equality.
