Marielle, childcare provider in Halifax lower harbour B3H

Hello! My name is Marielle and I'm looking to be a full time or part time position as a nanny. I am a recent graduate from Brock University from the Therapeutic Recreation program. I have taken many courses in child psychology and child & youth studies. I am an outgoing, warm, caring individual that loves children.

I have a lot of experience working with children. I have worked with children with special needs for 8 years as a foster family and professionally. I was also employed by my local municipality (6 years) to plan meaningful recreation and supervise children (ages 5-12). I have a lot of experience planning activities and with my degree, can plan activities that are the most beneficial for the children I am looking after. I am trained vocalist and violist. I also have a passion for health and fitness. I love incorporating these talents in games and activities.
