Allison, childcare - N0L Elgin (dorchester)

Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to read my presentation. I come from a large family and have had the opportunity to care for my own younger sibling, as well as a number of cousins throughout my youth and teenage years. More recently I worked professionally as a residence assistant in my final two years of university. This experience was with older individuals (aged 17 to 20), however it gave me a lot of experience in planning activities and communicating effectively which I feel are vital skills whether I am working with adults, youths or younger children.
I am a hardworking and dedicated employee. I am great at following direction, and adaptable enough to take care of anything that needs to be done with your children and in your home. I have great time management skills, and was top of my class throughout grade school, and finished university in the top percentage of my class. Throughout my schooling I enjoyed tutoring other students, and as such I am very comfortable assisting children with homework and building skills with pre-school children.
