Are you looking for a babysitter this summer? You’re working full-time and need someone you can trust to be with your children during the day. Maybe you have a special weekend event to attend, and you don't know who to call to watch your little ones. Or you’re in need of an occasional day off. Whatever the reason may be, I’m here to help!

I am a certified babysitter through the Canadian Red Cross, and I have obtained my lifeguard Bronze Medal. First Aid training was taught in both courses.

My name is Sara. I'm 19 years old, I've graduated High School last year, and will be attending College this Fall. I speak French and English fluently, as I grew up in Québec, but was immersed in English from an early age, and moved to Ontario with my family two and a half years ago. Ever since I can remember, I've always loved taking care of little ones. Children hold a dear place in my heart, and I can provide you with a safe and fun experience for your kids.

I have over ten years of experience working with children in various church and school programs, where I took care of large groups of children ranging in age from 0-12. Even though I started looking after children at a young age, I was mentored by wonderful people whom I respected very much. Throughout the years, I’ve acquired the respect of the parents who attended the various programs in the church, assured that I would be taking good care of their children.

My responsibilities in those programs included entertaining and teaching them through games and activities (such as reading, crafts and sports), making their safety a priority at all time. I also have experience babysitting children in their own homes. I'm a skilled cook, I'm able to prepare meals safely and diligently. I can also help with chores around the house. I have the ability to work with older children while also taking care of a baby, and looking after your pets as well. Please feel free to contact me with your requirements.

My latest job has been teaching to a group of 11 Elementary school students the craft of crochet at L’École Élémentaire Sainte-Marguerite-Bourgeoys in Merrickville, which would be such a fun activity to share with your children as well!
