Katie, childcare - B2N Truro

Hello there! My name is Katie , I'm 18 years old and I have just graduated high school and plan on going to Mount Saint Vincent University in the Fall. I am looking to help with childcare for part-time hours including weekends or random events. My qualities as a childcarer are:

I have had a babysitting course done by the St. John Ambulance that covers many basic child care techniques and some basic first-aid (not all, I don't have my full first-aid). I took a Child Studies course in high school, where we put on a mini-daycare with healthy snack time, story time, and activity tables such as play-doh and arts & crafts. I have been a constant specific event babysitter for this one family that have 3 kids from 2-6 years of age. I've also babysat for a single mother and her 1-2-year-old, and a family with one child who is 9 years old. I can very easily follow a schedule of activities, plan out some fun games or story time during a day, or even just keep plans loose and decide with the kids what to do.
