In the past I have been employed by our local school board, as an educational assistant working with children, teens and mature students with special needs, classroom assistance, motivation, personal development, and numerous other independent needs. I have also worked as a community mental health residential care provider. I assisted 12 exceptionally challenged adults with everyday independent skills.
