I am a responsible, trustworthy and reliable babysitter with over 5 years of experience. I took the Canadian Red Cross Babysitting Course in 2009. I have experience working with children ages 1 year and older.
Examples of my experience are:
Since I was 10 I have babysat for family friends and my neighbour's. I am also an older sister and I have babysat my cousins also.
I have volunteered as a team leader for school events in elementary school. I was responsible for 5 students and I was to go from activity to activity with them. These school events included Winter Fest, Fall Fest, Spring Fest and Jump Rope for Heart.
In the summer going into Gr 12, I was a teachers assistant for an art summer school program at my school. I worked along side my teacher and helped her teach the class. The students were Gr 7 & 8.
I am not a iPhone or TV babysitter. I actually play and show interest in your children and their interests/hobbies. Do your children want to play tag? I'm it! Do they want to play dress up? I'm in! I love children and I enjoy babysitting.
I am in my first year of college to become a Child and Youth Worker.
