I am a working professional interested in assisting you to regain your work life balance.
I work full time in Ottawa with evenings, weekends and holidays off. I am ideal should you need an occasional babysitter or even some additional help with larger gathers where there may be plenty of little ones running around.

My current job includes managing in a not for profit organization providing services to seniors and individuals living with a mental illness, CD, DD, fetal alcohol syndrome and varying past traumas. This experience has lead me to adapt my teaching and coaching skills to fit each person I serve and has enhanced my already nurturing and patient nature .
Within my organization I previously held the position of client services facilitator where I researched, planned and executed activities to engage our clients. These activities, while done with older adults, were activities that I adapted from children and youth activities/ games.
