My name is Sara and I am looking for casual child minding work. I spend the majority of my day working in a community centre with individuals of all ages, but mostly with school aged children. I have a diploma in Therapeutic Recreation as well as working as a program coordinator where I have developed an after school program where we focus on "alternative learning" (ie. learning through play, team work and life skills) for grades k-6.
Outside of my professional life, I love to hike and run with my dogs. I love spending my time doing anything that involves being outside.
I have a passion for making a difference in peoples lives and I would love to casually child mind so that I can expand my knowledge to more children.
I have a great deal of experience dealing with children, so I believe my skills are valued at this rate. This is negotiable though.
