My name is Ronda . I'm 34 years of age. I have cared for children since i was 13 years old. I'm looking to be a babysitter for working mothers or parents that might need a night out. My qualities as a childcare provider are; nuturing, strict when inforcing rules parents have set for their children, down to earth. I currently babysit my nephew who is 3 yrs old and was diganosed with autism. I try to sing songs to my nephew because he loves music and movies. I have tried in the past by going to the park or a leisure walk. Some form of excercise is good both academically and also helps children relax and rest better too.
