Rachel, babysitter in York (runnymede / the junction north)

I am an Registered Early Childhood Educator with 7 years nanny experience. I'm a part time Educator in the YMCA and looking for a part-time sitter job for 3 days a week as a shared nanny or one family or occasionally help. I have experienced 16 children from newborn to school age for different lengths of time. After being in a college for ECE for a whole year with tense course schedule, I am well equipped with the knowledge of Child development, learning while play, and How Does Learning Happen. I know well what children need for their physical and mental development.

I was a nurse back home and well educated. Furthermore, I'm a mom myself, understand those precious little ones are everything to their parents. I do not only "watch" children, I interact with them and invest quality time with them. I get involved with their activities. I treat those babies like my own, can not stand any upset emotions appear on their face. I keep those babies busy, spend lots of time in parks, and drop-in ( before the pandamic)

Now I'm looking for one or multiple kind families to become one of them and take care of their most precious ones. I live at M6N 2L6, am looking for families close to me so I can go there without talking the TTC during the pandamic. I love babies, have great patience and enjoy to be with infants, I enjoy my job of taking care of them, snuggling and cuddling with them are my great joy. I was with a 6 months boy for a year and half, the time spent with him was really fun and enjoyable. I took "a great care of him" ( His dad's words.) so that one of his neighbors thought that I was his mom even he is a Caucasian and I'm Asian.

I'm looking for occasionally help or 1-3 days per week with multiple children from infants to school age with a pay of $20 or up.
