Kate, babysitter in Oakville north L6H

Hello :)

My name is Kate, a 15-year old student currently looking for a part time job. I love taking care of kids, so it'd be great to have a job like this.

I don't have any professional experience, but over the course of a few years, I've:

1. Earned a Red Cross Babysitting license

2. Completed basic First Aid programs in my lifeguard courses.

3. Over the summer, volunteered at Pool Pals (where I taught little kids from all ages to swim).

4. Also volunteered with Summer Sizzlers, where I attended a daycare camp and took care of a group of tots from morning to afternoon.

5. In elementary school I did Kindergarten duty, helping them eat their lunches and getting ready to go outside. Although it wasn't required, and I didn't receive volunteer hours or money, I did it for my own enjoyment.

I am quite shy at first, but tend to open up after some time. My peers would describe me as energetic and bubbly. I'm usually very patient and detailed, but fussy at times. :)

I don't know what kind of activities you'd prefer for the children, but I do have some age-appropriate books, movies, and board games I can share with them. I'd also love to work out a schedule with you, and what kind of care you need me to do.
