Fatuma, babysitter in Halifax lower harbour

My name is Fatuma (pronounced fatima) I'm a seventeen year high school student looking to make a bit of extra money to save up for school. I've been speaking french since I was four and I love math and sciences, I also love playing games, arts and crafts and watching movies. I currently volunteer at captial health because I'm working towards becoming a nurse and am also a part of the Best buddies program, which if you didn't know is a program where you spend time with someone who has a disability and you essentially become their friend. My buddy's name is Dan and he has down syndrome, he is also one of the funniest guys I've ever met. Over the years I have Volunteered at the Salvation Army, Northwood, Feed Nova Scotia, North end daycare, Phoenix and I have also been a part of the Junior Leadership Program with some of the recreational Centres around the HRM. I have a vehicle and a bus pass so transportation would Virtually never be a problem but I do have a part-time job that I work at once or twice a week. Babysitting would be an occasional thing for me, I could even sometimes do pickups from school\daycare if needed. So now to the experience.. I have been babysitting since I was 11 years old, the youngest I've watch was around 5 months and the oldest was about 11, I've also watched every year in between except for the age of 1.The largest group of children I have watched by myself is 6, some have had disabilities and others just didn't like the part when the parents leave but at the end of the night the kids and the parents were both satisfied. I also forgot to mention I have first aid and WHIMIS training.
