I’m a 16 year old looking for a part-time babysitter role. I have been babysitting for many years now; when my parents would go out I’d take care of my younger sister ever since age 12. I love children, they bring me joy through many ways which include their curiosity, creativity and by all the fun activities we do together. Everyday I try to find new ways to entertain the kids without the use of technology. I’m able to help with homework and any questions they may have, I can answer. I’m a good student, currently in high school exceeding well in all my subjects. I’ve finished the babysitting course at age 12 which included how to change diapers, CPR and other important techniques. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, I’ve always been interested. At school I’ve token 5 courses in foods which taught me special techniques and how to be food safe. Whenever a child asks for a snack or a meal I become over the mood by their idea. I just got out of a babysitting job a few months ago, I was let go due to COVID. She didn’t need my services anymore because she had started working from home. I miss the joy the kids bring me and I hope you consider me for your position
