As a retired nurse, I have learned reliability, responsibility, importance of being punctual, and attentive to any individual I care for. I am a healthy 71 year old who takes no prescription meds. You will not have to worry about me in your home : I do not smoke, I have no cell phone/smart phone to distract me, and I am accustomed to caring for both infants and toddlers. I promise not to have boys in while I am babysitting ! My husband of 44 years would not approve! Your child would have my complete attention. I love to color, do crafts, play cars and read out loud, go to local parks in good weather. Pets are not a problem either. I could do most evenings, especially w/e evenings. I do not want a lot of work as I have my own family to attend to as well, but occasional evenings would work well for me. Making light meals or snacks and tidying up are not an issue.
