Georgia, baby sitter - B4P Wolfville

Hi there!

My name is Georgia, and I will be starting my second year at Acadia University in September 2015. I am studying to receive a Bachelor of Music Therapy. I sing, play guitar, flute, saxophone and piano. I am originally from the UK, but my family and I spent seven years in Geneva, Switzerland before moving to Nova Scotia in 2008. Due to being brought up in Europe, I speak fluent French.

I have been looking after children since I was 12 and I absolutely love it. I spent the last three of my summers looking after two young children for three full days a week. This summer, I have looked after a two year old boy in Stavanger, Norway and in late June I will be heading to Italy to tutor English to children.

I love music and I love to incorporate music when I am taking care of children. My brother, who is four, loves to play my ukulele and sing-a-long to Train's "Hey Soul Sister". When working with younger children, I always try to make activities as fun as possible, while also including aspects of learning.
