I'm a young lady with so much passion for children. I believe they are the future and need to be given a lot of attention to shapes their lives and name them better adults in future. Parents are there, but a caregiver spends most time with children that's mainly why someone without passion for this job end up doing things they aren't supposed to. I have kids and I wouldnt want another caregiver to treat them badly hence i will put myself in the parents shoes and take care of these children as if they were mine.
