My name is Morgan , I am 22 years old and a recent graduate from St Thomas University. My childcare experience started as soon as I was of age to babysit, when I was not engaged in my town's sports teams (soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc) my time was spent looking after the neighbourhood kids.
I spent mornings in high school volunteering at my town’s elementary school, reading with students as well as taking all childcare courses offered throughout my schooling.
As university started, I volunteered as a Big Buddy at a local school with at-risk youth and took up a job at the YMCA Daycare part-time.
Not having worked with children this summer has really shown me how much I love it. I am energetic and love teaching and learning new things. Working with children sounds like the best possible job a person could obtain!
