I am a mother of a 16 year old girl with her black belt, and twin 14 year old boys. That play many different sports and do very well in school. Homework is very important. Bedtime and eating well are also important the the developing brain and body. I have decided to slow my life down and be home for my teenagers. They seem to need me more at this age.
